Hotel policies

Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Reception is open 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Proof of identity
All guests must present valid photo identification at check-in. The name on the reservation should match the identification presented.
Emergency contact information
Guests are asked to provide an emergency contact name and number at check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out
Early check-in and late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability on the day. Please ask reception.
Room capacity
Each queen room accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. Occupancy above this limit is not permitted.
Children
Children are welcome when staying in the same room as a parent or guardian, within the maximum room occupancy.
Room refreshes
Rooms are refreshed during a stay according to the housekeeping schedule. Please let reception know if you would prefer your room not to be serviced.
Outside food
There is no food service at the hotel. Guests may bring food into their rooms and are asked to dispose of waste considerately.
Visitors
Non-resident visitors must be registered at reception and are not permitted in rooms outside reception hours.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or indoor areas. A cleaning charge may apply where this policy is not observed.
Reservations and payment
Reservations are confirmed through our online booking system. Payment terms are shown at the time of booking.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are shown on your reservation confirmation. Please review them at the time of booking.
Luggage storage
Short-term luggage storage may be available at reception during opening hours, subject to space.
Safety and valuables
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Please speak with reception regarding the secure storage of valuables.
Parking
No on-site parking. Public parking options are available in central Kingstown.
